Shipping and delivery of your order

Dandoy Sports is committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery experience. We work with several reputable company to ensure that your table tennis equipment reaches you on time, no matter where you are located.

Delivery Zones and Rates

We have organized our delivery options and rates according to different geographical zones:

Zone 1: Belgium

• Order < 70 euros: 5 euros via Bpost or DPD, 3 euros via Mondial Relay
• Order > 70 euros: FREE via Bpost, DPD or Mondial Relay

Zone 2: Netherlands

• Order < 70 euros: 5 euros via DPD, 4 euros via Mondial Relay
• Order > 70 euros: FREE via DPD or Mondial Relay

Zone 3: Luxembourg and Germany

• Order < 70 euros: 7.5 euros via DPD, 3 euros via Mondial Relay
• Order > 70 euros: FREE via DPD or Mondial Relay

Zone 4: France

• Order < 70 euros: 7.5 euros via DPD, 15 euros via DHL, 5 euros via Mondial Relay
• Order from 70 to 100 euros: FREE via Mondial Relay, 7.5 euros via DPD and 15 euros via DHL
• Order > 100 euros: FREE via DPD, DHL or Mondial Relay

Zone 5: Spain

• Order < 70 euros: 10 euros via DPD, 15 euros via DHL, 6 euros via Mondial Relay
• Order from 70 to 100 euros: FREE via Mondial Relay, 10 euros via DPD and 15 euros via DHL
• Order > 100 euros: FREE via DPD, DHL or Mondial Relay

Zone 6: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark

• Order < 100 euros: 7.50 euros via DPD, 15 euros via DHL
• Order > 100 euros: FREE via DPD or DHL

Zone 7: Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

• Order < 100 euros: 10 euros via DPD, 15 euros via DHL
• Order > 100 euros: FREE via DPD or DHL

Zone 8: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, Malta, Romania

• Order < 100 euros: 15 euros via DHL
• Order > 100 euros: FREE via DHL

Note: depending on the volume and weight of your parcel(s), we reserve the right to change delivery company for a more suitable service.

Delivery Restrictions

• Robots: Our table tennis robots cannot be delivered outside Europe.
• Tables: Table tennis tables are only delivered to Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery costs included.
• Liquids:  Liquid items (cleaners, glues, varnish etc.) cannot be delivered to Mexico

CO2 neutral delivery in Belgium

Offsetting CO2 emissions is a crucial step towards a more sustainable future. That is why for every parcel shipped to Belgium, Bpost offsets the CO2 emissions that cannot (yet) be avoided. This means that for each order placed at Dandoy Sports and delivered in Belgium via Bpost, you contribute to supporting certified environmental projects, thus reducing the carbon footprint of your purchase. Think about it when choosing the carrier!

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive all the necessary information for tracking your package by email. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the selected company.

Shipping 

Orders placed before 8:30 am are generally shipped the same working day.
