Return racket service for changing rubbers

Dandoy Sports is pleased to offer its customers an exclusive racket assembly service, available only in Belgium. This service allows you to return your blade or racket to us free of charge so that we can replace the coverings.

How does the racket return work?

• Select and order online: Choose the new rubber(s) you want on our website and add them to your cart. You can also select other items according to your needs.
• Add the product "Service retour raquette pour changement de revêtements" : Then, simply add the dedicated item to your basket and finalize your order.
• Return Label: After finalizing your order, you will receive by email a label for the free shipping of your racket (+1 working days after your purchase). 
• Shipping: Carefully pack your racket and drop it off at the nearest post office using the label provided.
• Customization: Upon receipt, we will replace your table tennis rubber(s) according to your choice.
• Home Return: Your personalized racket will be sent directly to your home, with any other items ordered.

The total time for this service is approximately 3 to 4 working days after your racket has been sent. We remind you that you are responsible for the packaging and protection of your racket during transport.

Request the assembly of your new racket

Are you ordering a new blade and new rubbers from Dandoy Sports? Please note that you can request the rubbers to be glued before shipping via the option that can be selected directly on the rubbers before adding them to your basket. You will receive a ready-to-use table tennis racket! This service is 100% free and carried out professionally by one of our employees.

Any special instructions regarding the gluing of your future bat? Don't  hesitate to mention it in the comment section of your order, we will pay particular attention to it.

A "Dandoy-Sports" contour strip is automatically placed on your racket to prevent any peeling off during transport and finish well the bat.

Ask Dandoy Sports to varnish your wood

Note that it is also possible to ask our team to lacquer your table tennis wood before shipping and/or assembly. To do this, simply check the option provided for this purpose in the product sheet of your favorite blade.

Varnishing the wood provides protection when gluing/de-gluing your rubbers so as not to tear off the wood fibers. This varnish does not change the properties of your wood in any way.

Can I request a specific weight for my blade?

Yes, you can specify your weight's preference when ordering in the comments area or contact us directly at the following address to find out the available weights in our current stock : support@dandoysports.zendesk.com . However, if we do not have the desired weight in stock, you will be notified by email so that we can find the best solution together.
