Return and refund

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange, under certain conditions.

Return procedure

Before returning your package to us, it is imperative to contact our customer service at support@dandoysports.zendesk.com. Our team will be happy to inform you of the return procedure.

Return costs

The cost of the package to send us the items to be exchanged is your responsibility. To soften this condition, we offer you the re-shipment of your package via Mondial Relay with no additional cost. The relay point closest to your original shipping address will be chosen by default. This method is valid in Belgium, the Netherlands and France. For a re-shipment using another delivery company, the costs are your responsibility.

For all others EU countries, the exchange costs (return and re-shipment of the items) are your responsibility.

Refund

Shipping costs will be refunded to you only in the following cases:

• Delivery error from us
• Manufacturing problem
• Product damaged during delivery

Please note that the initial shipping costs of your order are not refundable.

Request for a full refund

In the case of a request for a full refund of your order, the shipping costs (actual cost) that we paid to send your package will not be refunded and will be deducted of the amount refunded.

Request for a partial refund

In the case of a partial refund, the amount of the partial refund of your order will be adjusted in proportion to the returned items, discounts applied to the original order and the free shipping costs.

Refund times

The refund of your order is made within 3 to 10 working days on the initial payment method used to place the order. The times may vary depending on your bank and/or payment method.

Return conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, some items cannot be exchanged:

• Tables and robots
• Items out of their original packaging (Unpacked rubbers, wood without the original box, shoes without original boxes, textiles without original labels and sticker)
• Items damaged by the customer
• Personalized items such as printed polo shirts
• Mounted rackets, glued and/or cut coverings, varnished wood, wood with traces of use
• Clearance items (Textiles and others)

However, if you wish to exchange an item purchased in clearance, a contribution of €5 to the shipping costs will be requested.

Upon receipt, we will process your return and reship within 1 to 7 working days.
