Return

You have 14 days to exchange your articles or ask for reimbursement.

It is best if you contact us before sending your parcel back by sending an email to support@dandoysports.zendesk.com

Refund

Shipping fees are not refunded.

If you refuse your package and ask for a refund, the value of the shipping fees will be deducted.

Exchange

We do not exchange tables, robots, articles that are out of their original wrapping, articles that were damaged by the client, customised articles (assembled bats, printed shirts), gifts and clearance sales.

When you decide to exchange an article, you must pay for the shipping costs to return us the parcel and we will send your parcel a second time for free.

Exceptions (refunded shipping costs) : We do refund shipping costs in case we made a mistake in your order, the product is defective or was damaged before shipping.

Belgium

If you live in Belgium, please contact us beforehand and you will receive a free sticker that you will put on your package. Returning your package is free (one time per order and only in BELGIUM).
